If you are not currently aware, Morena is featured in the most recent issue of Vanity Fair, called the TV Issue. Homeland co-star Claire Danes (and a few others) are on the cover. Scans will come when I can get my hands on the issue. In the meantime, here is a video interview of Morena talking about Homeland. It won’t embed, so go here to view it.
Due to the filming schedule for season two of Homeland, Morena can no longer attend the Starfury Invasion convention in London next month. This comes straight from their Twitter.
When it comes to visiting Australia, actress Morena Baccarin has been a victim of her own ever increasing popularity. The talented, sought-after performer planned to come to Australia for the Supanova Expo on at least four prior occasions, but had to cancel each time due to last-minute casting or scheduling changes. Happily for her fans however, they’ll soon be able to meet her in person at the Melbourne and Gold Coast Supanova Pop Culture Expos.
The Melbourne expo takes place April 13-15, while the Gold Coast expo takes place April 20-22. More information can be found here!
Good news, “Homeland” fans! Showtime has finally announced a premiere date for Season 2 of everyone’s new favorite show. Bad news? It’s not until September 30.
Season 2 of “Homeland” will debut at 10 p.m., right after the Season 7 premiere of “Dexter” — and we’re loving this high-octane Sunday night pairing.
Claire Danes, Damian Lewis, and the rest of the cast and crew will return to production this spring. The 12 episodes will shoot in Israel and in North Carolina.
Following the intense 90-minute finale, in which we last saw Carrie (Danes) undergoing intense electroshock therapy for her bi-polar disorder — just after making another connection between Brody (Lewis) and a known terrorist — we can’t wait to see what happens next.
