Michael Rosenbaum (Smallville, Breaking In) wrote, directed, and stars in the raunchy high school reunion comedy Back In The Day, which Screen Media Films scooped up and will release to theaters and on VOD. Morena Baccarin, Nick Swardson, Harland Williams, Sarah Colonna, and Isaiah Mustafa co-star in Rosenbaum’s helming debut, which follows Jim Owens (Rosenbaum) as he hits his high school reunion and wrangles his now-married friends together to relive their glory days, landing him in hot water with his pals and their wives. Rosenbaum shot the pic in Newburgh and Evansville, Indiana, where he grew up. Kim Waltrip produced for Kim and Jim Productions alongside Rose and Bomb Production. Screen Media has set an ultra VOD date of January 7, 2014 followed by a February 7, 2014 theatrical debut. Screen Media’s Suzanne Blech and Seth Needle negotiated the deal with Will Lowery repping the filmmakers. Rosenbaum is repped by APA, Untitled and Morris Yorn Barnes Levine Krintzman Rubenstein Kohner & Gellman.
