Good news, “Homeland” fans! Showtime has finally announced a premiere date for Season 2 of everyone’s new favorite show. Bad news? It’s not until September 30. Season 2 of “Homeland” will debut at 10 p.m., right after the Season 7 premiere of “Dexter” — and we’re loving this high-octane Sunday night pairing. Claire Danes, Damian Lewis, and the rest of the cast and crew will return to production this spring.
